I’m Coach Shelle, someone who believes strength is personal. As a woman living with endometriosis, I understand what it means to train through pain, fatigue, and uncertainty and I use that experience to help others feel safe, capable, and confident in their bodies.

With a background working with general population, athletes, older adults, and individuals with neurological conditions, I’ve learned how to meet people exactly where they are. My sports upbringing, Christian values, and family‑centered roots shape the way I coach: with integrity, patience, and community at the core.
