Frequently Asked Questions

What can I expect in my first session?

Your first session includes a 45–60 minute movement assessment where I look at posture, mobility, stability, and your unique patterns. This helps me understand your body so I can coach you safely and effectively.

Do you work with beginners or people with injuries?

Yes — I work with all levels, including beginners, older adults, and individuals with neurological or movement limitations. My background allows me to tailor sessions to your needs so you feel supported, not overwhelmed.

What if I have endometriosis, hormonal challenges, or chronic pain

As someone living with endo myself, I understand how to train around pain, fatigue, and flare‑ups. My approach is hormone‑friendly, compassionate, and rooted in helping you feel safe and strong in your body.

What’s included in your online programs?

Each 6‑week program includes structured workouts, nutrition guidance, macro‑based meal plans, access to warm‑ups and specialty videos, community support, and surprise pop‑up workouts to keep things fun and motivating.

Do you offer group or family training?

Yes — I offer semi‑private sessions, small groups, and larger family or corporate training experiences. These sessions are form‑focused, high‑energy, and designed for all fitness levels.

What equipment do I need for online training?

Most programs require minimal equipment — dumbbells, bands, pilates ball and a mat. Some programs offer bodyweight‑only options. I’ll always let you know what you need before you start.
